The Seller is a publisher of products and services of keratin hair extensions, clip-in hair extensions, and all products sold on this site marketed through its website (https:\/\/sublimatehair.com). The list and description of the goods and services offered by the Company can be consulted on the aforementioned website as well as its sales pages.<\/p>

Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs)<\/strong><\/p>

Hair Extensions \u2013 Online Sales<\/p>

  1. Purpose<\/li><\/ol>

    The purpose of these Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of hair extensions offered by Sublimatehair on the website ssublimatehair.com.<\/p>

    1. Products<\/li><\/ol>

      The products offered are natural hair extensions, presented with a detailed description (type, length, color, application method, etc.) and hair extension machines and accessories. The photographs are not contractual.<\/p>

      In many cases, the boxes containing the machines will be opened for inspection before being sent to the customer. This does not in any way imply that the machines are not new.<\/p>

      Sublimatehair will automatically hide or remove logos, addresses, contact details, or any other means of identifying the supplier or manufacturer of the machines.<\/p>

      1. Prices<\/li><\/ol>

        Prices are quoted in euros, including tax. Sublimatehair reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in effect at the time of the order.<\/p>

        1. Order<\/li><\/ol>

          All orders imply acceptance of these T&Cs. The customer must check the accuracy of the order before confirming it. A confirmation email will be sent automatically after confirmation.<\/p>

          1. Payment<\/li><\/ol>

            Payment is made online by credit card, PayPal, or any other secure method offered on the website. The order will only be shipped after payment has been confirmed.<\/p>

            1. Delivery<\/li><\/ol>

              Deliveries are made by Colissimo, DHL, or UPS within the time frames indicated or not indicated at the time of ordering. Sublimatehair cannot be held responsible for any delays attributable to the carrier. In the event of an error in the delivery address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.<\/p>

              Our responsibility is fulfilled as soon as we have shipped the order and sent a tracking number to the customer.<\/p>

              Any loss or delay will be the responsibility of the carrier. Sublimatehair will assist you in resolving such cases.<\/p>

              Products can be shipped from France, Hong Kong, or any location where we have stock. Customs duties will be charged to the customer according to the rates of their country of origin.<\/p>

              If the customer does not collect the product upon delivery or refuses to collect the product, the product will either be destroyed or returned. We will not be held responsible and will not refund the customer.<\/p>

              1. Withdrawal

                In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for goods unsealed by the customer after delivery that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection. Consequently, intimate use products as well as hair extensions cannot be accepted for return or exchange once their packaging has been opened, unsealed, handled, or used by the customer.<\/p>

                We do not accept returns of machines that have been used. We sell new products, and under no circumstances may the machines be used and then returned to us.<\/p>

                For other products, any return of an opened or used product may be subject to a depreciation or reconditioning fees corresponding to the loss of value of the product.<\/p>

                All products, machines with battery inside can not be returned. All hair extensions with mixte colors or more than 20 inches (24, 26 inches hair extensions) are customized, when you order, they will be made only for you so they can not in any cases be returned.<\/p>

                Sublimatehair Terms of Use: In accordance with Article L. 121-20 of the French Consumer Code, \u201cthe consumer has a period of fourteen clear days to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify their reasons or pay penalties, except, where applicable, for return shipping costs.\u201d \u201cThe period mentioned in the previous paragraph runs from the date of receipt of the goods or acceptance of the offer for the provision of services.\u201d The right of withdrawal may be exercised by contacting the Company by email or telephone. If the right of withdrawal is exercised within the aforementioned period, only the price of the product(s) purchased will be refunded; the return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the Customer. Products must be returned in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) so that they can be resold in new condition; if possible, they must be accompanied by a copy of the proof of purchase. In the event of products such as machines being opened, we reserve the right to deduct 20 to 30% of the price for repackaging.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>

                  Returns are only accepted for unopened, unworn products in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, as are customs duties if the product is sent outside of France.<\/p>

                    Sublimatehair cannot be held liable for indirect damage related to the use or misuse of extensions (inappropriate application, incorrect dyeing, improper maintenance, etc.).<\/p>

                    1. Intellectual property<\/li><\/ol>

                      All elements of the website (photos, text, logo, etc.) are the exclusive property of Sublimatehair. Any reproduction is prohibited without written authorization.<\/p>

                        The personal data collected is used solely for the purposes of order management and customer relations. Customers have the right to access, modify, and delete their data.<\/p>
