Refunds and Returns Policy
At Sublimatehair, customer satisfaction is important to us.
However, if a product does not meet your expectations, you may request a return under the conditions described below.
- Cancellation Period
In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, you have a 14-day period from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of cancellation.

Once the request is approved, return instructions will be provided to you.
- Return Policy for Hair Extensions
Hair extensions are considered hygiene products. To ensure the safety of all our customers, returns are accepted only if the following conditions are met:
The product must be:
new, unworn, unwashed, unstyled, unaltered, in its original packaging intact with the security seals unopened.
Any product whose packaging has been opened or whose seal has been removed
cannot be returned or refunded.
- Return Procedure
To make a return:
Send a request to our customer service. Wait for confirmation of your return.
Return the product to the address provided. The product must be returned within a maximum of 14 days after the return is accepted.
Any return sent without prior confirmation may be refused.
- Return Shipping Costs
Except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part:
return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We strongly recommend using a shipping service with tracking, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered packages.
- Inspection and Approval of Returns
Once the product is returned, our team will inspect it to verify:
the condition of the product, the presence of the seal, the integrity of the packaging
If the return conditions are not met, the refund may be denied and the product may be returned to the customer.
- Refunds
If your return is accepted:
the refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days the refund will be issued via

the price of the returned product The original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the event of an error on our part.
- Defective Products or Order Errors
If you receive a product that is:
damaged
defective
incorrect
you must contact our customer service within 48 hours of receipt.

a description of the problem
In this case, we will offer:

- Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
opened hair extensions
worn hair extensions
washed or styled hair extensions
personalized or custom-made products
products damaged by the customer
